Just recently, he has made a statement again with the renowned and highly anticipated film that was in the theatres in conjunction with Barbie, titled Oppenheimer.

However, Murphy’s acting career extends far beyond the premise of the big cinema screen as shown in the theatres. He has gained a lot of popularity for starring in the television series, Peaky Blinders from 2013 to 2022 and plays the role as a co-executive producer too. The show has seen massive success and has given rise to theme pubs, fashion lines and festivals. It is reported that the Oppenheimmer star earns approximately $2.3 million per episode for the final three seasons for Peaky Blinders

Anya Taylor-Joy

She moved to the small screen as seen in her breakthrough in acting for the show The Queen’s Gambit where the series rose to fame since its release. Her performance showcases her versatility and talent as she earned accolades for her beautiful portrayal. Her transition exemplifies how the small screen can be a platform for immense success and recognition.

Evan Peters

Evan Peters, celebrated for his roles in blockbuster films such as X-Men: Apocalypse, X-Men: Days of Future Past, Dark Phoenix and many more.

Peters has played numerous roles in American Horror Story and is considered one of the show’s highlights due to his attractive reviews from critics and fans. This makes Peter no stranger to homicidal maniacs. His most recent television series, Dahmer - Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, has surpassed 1 billion hours viewed on Netflix.

Harrison Ford

Harrison Ford has forged a legacy in the movie scene after starring in iconic movies such as Blade Runner 2049, Indiana Jones and Star Wars, just to name a few.

Harrison Ford has found the next chapter of his life on the small screen once more after shying away from it for decades. This 2023, he has been on series such as Shrinking, an original comedy series. It unfolds the story of a grieving therapist who starts to break rules and tell his clients his honest thoughts. In the process, making changes to people’s lives, including his own. His other series, 1932, serves as a prequel to the main series Yellowstone and a sequel to 1883.  His transition exhibits the allure of television as it is ever-present, even for Hollywood legends.

As these celebrities are the testament that one can successfully navigate between the big and small screens, the lines between the film and television industry become increasingly blurred. Their foray into television not only enriches the medium but also the lives of the audiences behind the screens.
