Whisperer is a haunting Thai horror film where the eerie supernatural meet a
family’s struggle against an inexplicable illness.
The
narrative is set in a small village in Kanchanaburi in the 1970s where it tells
the true tale of a family tormented by a supernatural force as one of the
daughters gets possessed by a malicious entity. To save his sister, the eldest
brother invites a mage to help exercise the spirit as he puts his life on the
line.
The
film stars Nadech Kugimiya, Denise Jelicha Kapaun, Karj-bundit Jaidee, Peerakit
Patcharabunyakiat, Rattanawadee Wongtong, Arisara Wongchalee, and Paramet
Noi-um, and opens with a well-paced narrative that comprehensively weave
together an enthralling storyline, memorable characters and an atmosphere
sodden with apprehension.
The
film is skillful in developing characters that resonate with the audience,

Suryadi and the cast deliver a commendable performance as the film progresses
