Filmed over three nights at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles in August 2023, Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version) documents legendary singer-songwriter Taylor Swift’s record-breaking tour which spans 17 years of Swift’s musical career, spotlighting Taylor Swift’s ten albums, or eras: Taylor Swift (2006), Fearless (2008), Speak Now (2010), Red (2012), 1989 (2014), Reputation (2017), Lover (2019), Folklore (2020), Evermore (2020) and Midnights (2022).
The (Taylor’s Version) of the film adds back songs that were cut in the theatrical version of the film, and throws in four additional acoustic surprise songs that were filmed, in addition to the two that are played each night at the tour.
Anyone, regardless of their familiarity with Swift’s music, can find something to enjoy in this concert film, whether that be Swift’s electrifying stage presence that makes the whole stadium shimmer, or her timeless lyrics that will never go out of style. By the time confetti falls to the ground during the final song Karma, you’re sure to have experienced the time of your life.
This is a movie best enjoyed in a social setting, as the memories you’ll make are ones that can’t be shaken off. But even if you’re on your own, you’ve got no reason to be afraid as Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version) is a celebration that will make any night feel like a perfect night.
