Singapore - Produced locally in Asia and in partnership with Warner Bros. Animation, the series comprises 7 thrilling 3-minute shorts. Viewers in the Asia Pacific region can look forward to catching the premiere on Cartoon Network, while those in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong can enjoy it on HBO GO later this year. The series will eventually be available to audiences worldwide, with a pilot episode scheduled for release in August, and more details on the show are expected to be revealed soon.

Christopher Ho, the Head of Kids – Southeast Asia at Warner Bros. Discovery, expressed his excitement about the new series, stating that it will bring back the iconic music and classic animation style reminiscent of the Hanna-Barbera 1950s era. However, the show will feature a unique Singaporean flair, with recognizable landmarks and backdrops, making the Asian city-state a perfect setting for this hilarious addition to the Tom and Jerry legacy. The project involves collaboration with homegrown creative talent in Singapore and throughout Asia, aiming to expand the beloved franchise's popularity in the region and beyond.

Vishnu Athreya, Senior Vice President of Series at Warner Bros. Animation and Cartoon Network Studios, also emphasized the universal appeal of Tom and Jerry, expressing delight in providing fans in Asia with their own version of the beloved characters.

The series is produced by Carlene Tan of Warner Bros. Discovery, with Vivek Bolar (Andy Pirki) serving as the lead director. Animation for the project is handled by Aum Animation Studios India, while the captivating stories and designs come from the talented teams at Singapore-based Robot Playground Media and Chips and Toon Studios.

Apart from the series, Warner Bros. Discovery plans to launch a range of Tom and Jerry-branded consumer products to accompany the show's release later this year.
