Haunted Mansion Set to Stream on Disney+

Singapore – Disney enthusiasts can mark their calendars as the much-anticipated film Haunted Mansion, inspired by the beloved theme park attraction, is set to make its debut on Disney+ on October 4, 2023. This announcement was made at the Destination D23 event held in Orlando.

Directed by Justin Simien, the film promises a spine-tingling adventure and boasts an ensemble cast featuring acclaimed actors such as LaKeith Stanfield, Tiffany Haddish, Owen Wilson, Danny DeVito, Rosario Dawson, Chase W. Dillon, and Daniel Levy. Additionally, Jamie Lee Curtis and Jared Leto bring their talents to the screen as they portray The Hatbox Ghost.

Haunted Mansion weaves a tale of a determined woman and her son who seek the assistance of an unconventional team of supposed spiritual experts to rid their residence of unwelcome supernatural inhabitants. The film is produced by Dan Lin and Jonathan Eirich, with Nick Reynolds and Tom Peitzman taking on executive producer roles.

Disney+, the dedicated streaming platform for content from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic, including beloved titles like The Simpsons, will be the exclusive streaming home for Haunted Mansion. The service, which falls under The Walt Disney Company's Media & Entertainment Distribution segment, also features the general entertainment brand, Star, in select international markets.
