Sexual Assault and Indecent Exposure Accusations against Russell Brand on the Set of Arthur
Russell Brand is currently facing a new sexual assault allegation for exposing himself and sexually assaulting another. By: Wee Yan Ling
A woman who carries the pseudonym, Jane Doe, has filed a lawsuit against the actor in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Suffolk County. In her legal action, she accuses Brand of sexually assaulting her in the bathroom and exposing himself during the filming of the 2011 movie, Arthur. The woman’s affidavit revealed that Brand was seemingly intoxicated and carried vodka during the set on July 7 2010.
Later in the same day, Brand had committed an outrage of modesty on her in the bathroom while another production crew member was guarding the door from outside.
Jane Doe made the claim that she was not brought back for filming after the alleged assault and was compensated for one day of work only. Till now, Brand has not addressed the statements regarding the lawsuit.
