Moving screenwriter Kangfull returns with his latest drama, Light Shop

Acclaimed screenwriter Kangfull is gearing up to mesmerise audiences once again after his latest project, Moving. Light Shop is scheduled for an exclusive release on Disney+ as it delves into the profound themes of life, death and the enigmatic aspects of human existence.
The
series is modelled after Kangfull’s renowned webtoon of the same name, Light
Shop tells the story of a group of strangers as they each struggle with the
consequences of their traumatic event in their past. Their mundane lives take a
turn when they find themselves drawn to a light shop at the end of the alley.
The establishment holds the potential to uncover the secrets of their pasts,
presents and futures.
Light Shop will star Ju Jihoon (Kingdom,
The Spy Gone North) as Jung Wonyoung, the owner of the light shop; Park
Boyung, (Strong Girl Bong-soon, Oh My Ghost) as Kwon Youngji, a nurse
with an unusual connection to her patients; Bae Seongwoo (Veteran, The King)
as police officer Yang Sungsik; and Lee Jungeun (Parasite) as Jung
Yuhee, a distraught mother. The series is adapted for the screen by Kangfull (Moving)
and is directed by Kim Hiewon.
