Disney+ has
just unveiled the long-awaited trailer and teaser poster for the last season of
acclaimed Lucasfilm Animation series titled Star Wars: The Bad Batch.
This is the third season of the critically acclaimed animated series, noted to
be a fan-favourite spinoff from the Emmy® award-winning show Star Wars: The
Clone Wars.
In the
thrilling final instalment of Star Wars: The Bad Batch, the Batch will
have to face adversity in the battle to reunite with Omega as she encounters challenges
of her own inside a distant imperial science lab. With the group wounded and
facing enemies from all directions, they will have to look for unexpected
allies, take on dangerous missions, and utilise everything they have learned to
obtain freedom from the Empire.
Star Wars:
The Bad Batch consists of a talented voice
cast, such as Dee Bradley Baker (American Dad!), Michelle Ang (Fear
the Walking Dead: Flight 462), Keisha Castle-Hughes (Whale Rider),
Jimmi Simpson (Westworld), Noshir Dalal (It's Pony) and Wanda
Sykes (The Upshaws).
It is
executive produced by Dave Filoni, Athena Portillo, Brad Rau, Jennifer Corbett
and Carrie Beck, with Josh Rimes as co-executive producer and Alex Spotswood as
senior producer. Rau will feature as supervising director with Corbett as head
writer.
