company. This surge in subscribers is a testament to the popularity of their
direct-to-consumer video streaming services, which include HBO, HBO Max, and
Discovery+. Despite challenges faced during the fourth quarter, the company’s
DTC business turned a profit for the entire year, aligning with the predictions
made by President & CEO David Zaslav. The U.S. and Canada remain the largest
market for Warner Bros. Discovery, even though there was a decline in
subscriber count in recent months.
