Emily Hampshire Apologise for Insensitive Johnny Depp / Amber Heard Halloween Costume

Hampshire has issued an apology for dressing up with friends as Johnny Depp and Amber Heard for Halloween. By: Wee Yan Ling

She has announced in an Instagram post that she is “deeply sorry and ashamed for putting something that awful out in the universe.” And expressed, “I REALLY regret my actions.” 

Hampshire and her friend were seen posting their Halloween outfit on Instagram as they donned outfits similar to the former couple’s outfits from their 2022 defamation trial that went heated. 

Hampshire was seen donning a beige pinstripe suit with makeup to resemble Depp’s facial hair whereas her friend donned a ruffled button down with black skirt to recreate Heard’s outfit. To further enhance their look by equipping props including a bottle of wine and a fake poop. Hampshire has since deleted the post from Instagram.
