Rebecca Miller's romantic comedy She Came to Me is set to hit theatres this September, following its premiere earlier this year at the Berlin Film Festival. Directed and written by Rebecca Miller (known for Maggie’s Plan), the romantic comedy is distributed by Vertical Entertainment.

Executive producers for She Came to Me include Len Blavatnik, Danny Cohen, and Vince Holden. The list of producers encompasses Hathaway, Miller, Damon Cardasis, Pamela Koffler, and Christine Vachon.

The plot revolves around an opera composer (Dinklage) who finds himself married to a therapist (Hathaway) while engaging in a fling with a tugboat captain (Tomei). This unexpected affair leads to a professional breakthrough for the composer. The movie also stars Brian d’Arcy James and Joanna Kulig.

The film made its debut at the Berlin International Film Festival in February. Hathaway described the project as an "operatic comedy," emphasizing its gradual buildup and eventual overwhelming and dimensional storytelling akin to an opera.

In his review, THR's chief film critic David Rooney noted how Miller intertwines magical and absurd elements with screwball comedy, all the while delving into serious themes, including the challenges faced by a teenage couple in love.
