South Korea - Nominees for the 60th Baeksang Arts Awards to be held on May 7 have been revealed, with famous names like K-drama actor Song Joong-ki as well as idol and variety show star An Yu-jin from the 4th-generation K-pop girl group IVE appearing on the list, alongside titles like Moving and Exhuma.
Descendants of the Sun star Song Joong-ki was nominated for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Hopeless alongside actors like Kim Jong Soo (Smugglers), Park Geun Hyung (Picnic), Park Jung Min (Smugglers) and Yoo Hae Jin (Exhuma). Meanwhile, Earth Arcade star An Yu-jin was nominated for Best Female Entertainer, alongside other stars like Kim Sook, Lee Soo Ji, Jang Do Yeon and Hong Jin Kyung.
As for Best Film, Cobweb, Noryang: Deadly Sea, 12.12: The Day, Concrete Utopia and Exhuma were nominated, while JTBC’s The Good Bad Mother, Disney+’s Moving, SBS’ Revenant, MBC’s My Dearest and Netflix’s Daily Dose of Sunshine are in the running for Best Drama.

The Baeksang Arts Awards is a prestigious awards ceremony that celebrates the accomplishments of those in the fields of domestic broadcast, cable and streaming TV, as well as local films and theatrical productions.
The 60th Baeksang Arts Awards will be held on May 7 from 5pm KST at Hall D of the COEX Convention & Exhibition Centre in Seoul, with the ceremony also airing live on JTBC, JTBC2 and JTBC4.
